All payments made to DaashFit, including but not limited to subscription fees, renewal charges, onboarding or setup fees, customization charges, hardware or biometric device purchases, integration fees, or any other service-related payments, are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-reversible, and non-transferable under any circumstances once processed. By completing a transaction, the user expressly acknowledges that access to DaashFit’s platform, infrastructure, and services, whether fully utilized or not constitutes valid and complete delivery of service, and no claims for refunds, credits, or adjustments shall be entertained on grounds including but not limited to non-usage, partial usage, dissatisfaction, change in business model, temporary or permanent closure of business, staff-related issues, lack of technical understanding, or failure to achieve expected outcomes. The user further agrees that subscription durations are fixed billing cycles, and no prorated refunds or credits shall be provided for any unused or remaining period, regardless of the reason. All payments processed through third-party payment gateways, banking channels, UPI systems, card networks, or any other financial infrastructure are subject to the terms, policies, settlement cycles, and risk controls of such external entities. DaashFit does not hold, store, or control user funds at any point and shall not be responsible for delays, failures, reversals, deductions, chargebacks, or settlement discrepancies arising from such third-party systems. In cases where funds are delayed, withheld, frozen, or placed under review due to compliance checks, fraud detection systems, regulatory actions, or internal risk assessments by payment providers or banks, the user acknowledges that such actions are beyond the control of DaashFit and shall not give rise to any claim for refund, compensation, or liability against DaashFit. Any transaction fees, gateway charges, MDR, taxes, or deductions imposed by such providers are non-refundable and shall be borne entirely by the user. DaashFit reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to enable, disable, restrict, suspend, or modify payment-related functionalities, including but not limited to in-app payments, payment link generation, WhatsApp or SMS-based payment distribution, or integrations with any payment gateway, in order to ensure compliance, mitigate fraud, manage risk exposure, or maintain system integrity. Any temporary or permanent unavailability of such features shall not entitle the user to any refund or compensation. With respect to biometric devices, access control systems, or any hardware purchased directly or indirectly through DaashFit or its partners, all such transactions are deemed final upon dispatch, delivery, installation, or activation, whichever occurs earlier. No returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be permitted except in cases of proven manufacturing defects explicitly acknowledged by DaashFit after inspection within a limited timeframe determined solely by DaashFit. Any issues arising due to improper handling, environmental conditions, electrical fluctuations, third-party interference, compatibility limitations, software updates, or operational misuse shall not qualify for return, replacement, or refund. Installation or usage of such devices shall be treated as acceptance of product condition and functionality. DaashFit operates strictly as a technology facilitator between gym owners and their members and does not participate in, control, or assume responsibility for any financial transactions conducted between them. All payments made by gym members are directly processed by third-party payment providers, and any disputes, refund requests, cancellations, service complaints, or chargebacks initiated by members shall be handled solely by the gym owner. DaashFit shall not be liable for mediating, resolving, or compensating any such disputes, nor shall it be responsible for losses arising from fraudulent payments, incorrect payment links, duplicate transactions, or user errors. No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances where access to the platform or its features is limited, suspended, or terminated due to violations of applicable terms, suspected fraudulent activities, misuse of services, abnormal transaction patterns, legal or regulatory requirements, or actions deemed harmful to DaashFit, its users, or its partners. Additionally, downtime, service interruptions, performance issues, integration failures, delays caused by third-party APIs, internet connectivity issues, device compatibility problems, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, network outages, or unforeseen technical failures shall not qualify for any refund, credit, or compensation. The user further acknowledges that DaashFit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature, service, or integration, and that continuous improvements, updates, or changes to the platform may result in modifications, temporary disruptions, or permanent removal of certain functionalities. Such changes shall not be considered grounds for refunds or claims of service deficiency. Any data loss, delay in data synchronization, reporting discrepancies, or operational interruptions arising from user actions, third-party dependencies, or technical limitations shall not create any refund liability on DaashFit. All decisions regarding refunds, if considered in extremely rare and exceptional circumstances, shall be made solely at the discretion of DaashFit and shall be final and binding, with no obligation to provide justification or precedent for future cases. DaashFit reserves the unrestricted right to amend, update, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform, services, or any associated feature shall be deemed as full and unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
